Searching by rating may help see past the higher-priced and higher-budget companies that may have paid top dollar to show up in front of you while you search. Then actually look at their rating. If a rating doesn’t show on the first few companies, then scroll down a little bit, those companies probably paid extra to show on top of your rated service listings to fool you. Some examples of customer rated web-sites are Kudzu.com , Super-Pages.com and Angie’s List to name a few, but don’t forget to visit the Better Business Bureau website to get a confirmed 2nd opinion.
- If you are looking for “Green” or “Organic”…watch out for companies that pose as “Green” companies by simply using gas-efficient vehicles to claim their service is better for the environment, and then charge you more for that privilege. Others companies state they are “Organic” because many toxic chemicals are made up of plant parts-making their toxic pesticides “organic”. If, in reality, what you are asking for is the safest pesticides for pets and children which will have no long term negative effect on the environment then either ask if their organic service is made of peppermint oils, vanillin, clove or other essential oils that are actually good for you and just happen to kill bugs in the process…or you can visit AZOrganicPestControl.com .
- If you are looking for a bee-hive removal company….ask if they have a lifetime guarantee along with their regular pest control service costs.
