What pricing can I expect from other pest control companies?
Market pest control pricing typically starts at around $35 monthly average and goes up from there. Where other companies stick it to you is their start-up fees and annual contracts. Irish Pest Control pricing starts at $30/monthly average per quarter and has NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS or START-UP FEES! (Pricing varies by infestation and size of area to be treated.)
What can I expect to happen during my pest control service?
During your initial service, one of our trained, certified pest control technicians will ask you to describe the problems you’ve encountered. They will also inspect your property to identify all problem areas, and the pests present. They will carefully treat the inside of your home, placing a pest-preventive material in potential harborage or entry areas such as window sills, door frames, pipe entry points, and cracks and crevices.
What is quarterly service, and how does it work?
Typical pest control services use a repellant that lasts, on average, 21 days, almost guaranteeing problems before your next service is due. Irish Pest Control, however, uses high-quality materials with a 3-6 month residual. Therefore, we come out once every three months to re-apply materials just as the previous material is reaching its peak, thus overlapping the material for maximum effectiveness.
What about your guarantee?
With Irish Pest Control, you are paying for a 3-month guarantee. Therefore, if you have problems before your next service is due, simply call us and we will come back out for a free extra service to take care of that specific problem. Remember, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, or we’ll come back for free.
What is covered by your guarantee?
General crawling pests such as mice and rats, ants, roaches, sow bugs, earwigs, crickets, centipedes, fire ants, and the like. Bees, wasps and gophers, though charged separately as a one-time special service, are also guaranteed for 90 days from treatment.
What is NOT covered by your guarantee?
We cannot guarantee flying insects such as flies, bees and wasps (unless there is an identified nest on your property). Though we cannot guarantee against scorpions and spiders, which must be killed on contact, we can significantly reduce their numbers by treating their food source, the crawling insects listed above. We will, however, come out and kill scorpions and spiders with an extra service call as part of our commitment to superior customer service.
Are your pesticides safe for children?
We offer the safest materials on the market, lower in toxicity than common household cleaning products. As an added safety measure, we typically recommend that children and pets avoid contact with the materials until they have dried or dissipated, usually within 15-30 minutes.
